Therapist met with individual to discuss Christmas break. Individual stated that Christmas was fun, but he was mad because he did not get what he wanted. Therapist and individual practiced three ways to control his temper. Therapist and individual engaged in role play to demonstrate and practice stress reducers skills that can be used when individual is angry. Individual states it worked and he will continue to use the skills.

Individual shows no progress with anger control due to individual stills gets angry as reported by individual mother.

Therapist plans to meet with individual on Wednesday, January 18, 2017 between 8-9 AM to practice anger control and calming skills through role play.

Therapist met with individual to discuss Christmas break and continuing building a rapport. Individual stated that he gets angry and talks about his siblings. Therapist and individual work on anger management skills to help individual control his anger through role-play. Individual states he will start using the skills to help control his anger.

Individual has no progress with anger management due to individual talking about his sibling as reported by individual mother.

Therapist plans to meet with individual on Wednesday, January 18, 2017 between 10-11 AM to continue to build a rapport with individual and work on anger management techniques through verbal
