Zsohar and Smith (2009) specified that the importance of constructive feedback is correcting errors and improving knowledge in learning and understanding the performances so that the learner able to achieve desired result. For example, the educator might ask the learner to put themselves in other people situation which able to trigger them to perform self-reflection rather than telling them that their practice is not right. Grensing-Pophal(2000) highlighted that feedback is the key for continuous performance improvement where the learner able to develop and improve their work performance to grow and advance in their future. However, it is very risky to provide the feedback due to the one that received feedback might take the feedback personally as criticism and think that we attempt to find fault on them(Grensing-Pophal.L, 2000).In addition, Altmiller(2016) also highlighted that some of the people rather provide a positive feedback than negative feedback due to poor outcome or conflict that might happen in future. Zsohar and Smith (2009) mentioned that providing effective feedback is a crucial teaching skill that has to be learned and it is one of the important components to lead a good educational practice. As highlighted by Zsohar and Smith (2009), for the preparation of professional nursing practice, constructive feedback shows the learner their commitment to the importance of their performance in clinical area practice. For example, the nursing student will have a log book which required the clinical instructor to sign on the column to indicate that the student need more practice or they done well. Before the clinical instructor sign the log book, they will provide constructive feedback and suggest better solution for the nursing student for improvement. During the end of the semester, the clinical tutor also will meet the nursing student to give feedback either positive or negative according to their performance in clinical or academic. Giesbers et.al(2016) had stressed that the effect on the nurses’ well-being and performance is influence by how the nurses’ perceive the feedback. For example, nurses’ knowledge might increase due to the feedback that given and the nurses’ is well informed what to do and how to improve where this process is directly influenced by the feedback. If the individual nurses perceived the feedback as negative, then it will become a burdening job demand
