Introduction In today’s society, Senior citizens are seen as being problematic because they are living their lives insolation. Rarely see in friends and family causing health professionals to be concerned about this population? What ways can they help and improve the lives of senior citizens. Their lives matter too; no person should be defined by their age. No one should feel like they are isolated and can’t be able to socialize will others. In America today, 28% of senior citizens feel like they are isolated from other in the population (TheBestDayOfMyLifeSoFar).

During the assessment process, research proved that many health professionals have a different time on their hands because they have to study elderly people. Understand why and what causes elderly isolation in the United States today. What I found out during the assessment process for discovering if a person is isolated in their situation. When activities are involved it allows the individual and group to be able to do something meaningful with their day. If programs like this how would it be funded?
