Thomas Jefferson and Hamilton had very little things that they agreed on. They had a lot of things that they disagreed with, like foreign power and taxes on the people, but both wanted to get the United States out of debt. Foreign powers have different views on the powers and taxes. One wanted less taxes on the people, but had a different way to get the United States out of debt. They had disagreements on how to run the United States. They had different ways and both didn't like the way the other one wanted to do it. While they both agreed on taxes, they just didn't want the same number of taxes and significantly disagreed on the foreign powers and how foreign powers should play a role in the government. They both have different views on foreign powers and different views on how the government should be run and if they should have foreign in the government.One is totally against foreign power, they don’t want foreign powers to help run the government. The other one wants to involve the foreign government to help run the country. Hamilton wants the states to be under the federal government and not have so much power and the government having more of the power.
