Malala Yousafzai is a courageous and brilliant young woman who has brought attention and light to a ever growing problem that hinders the ability for young woman to attend school. Malala, becoming the youngest person to win a Nobel Peace Prize, has gained national attention and endless support from celebrities and the general public for her astonishing beliefs. Born and raised in Pakistan Malala knows the struggles young woman and girls face daily to attend and get a proper education since girls are considered "weak" in comparison to men in her country. Malala has overcame the unexplainable, ending up in critical condition due to a assassination attempt, she's has been better than ever and in interviews describes it as a life changing situation in which has helped her grow both emotionally and politically.

Having the same beliefs as Malala I understand the passion and spark that she has towards this subject. Although by no means am I an activist I believe that everyone no matter race, gender, or sexuality should all have the same resources and opportunities. Ellen really did a great interview and was able to find out more about her personal life, family, and political stand points. Malala despite her struggles still continues to fight for the right of education because of the support and love she feels from the people and fans around her.
