1.1 The Supreme Service Company requires a system which can be used in their reception for tracking customer enquiries, general word-processing and printing duties.
As a hardware support personnel, I am assigned to install the system with an appropriate operating system, Office software suite and then test the system to ensure the entire outcome meets the user requirements or not.
