It allowed me to work smarter and faster because I can better understand how to divide up my work. I learned how to be more of an effective team player because in my internship people tend to not only present their ideas but try to support each other. The people I work with tend to be positive and helpful; this allowed me to realize that I need to be supportive as well. Also, I learned to be more adaptive in a professional work environment because sometimes I was given tasks out of the blue. This internship allowed me to be more mentally prepared for unexpected tasks. I just mainly know the basics like cropping, adding layers and changing the brightness of the image. I still have a lot of things to learn because if I want to create complex designs, I need understand how to use the multiples tools in Photoshop. When I become an expert in Photoshop, then I can create professional content that could be used for various marketing campaigns. I can also improve on my communication skills because it takes practice to be an effective communicator.
