In the novel The Outsiders and the movies there are a lot of differences i’m gonna a couple, first when ponyboy was walking home from the movies alone he saw some nice two sting-rays pull up to him then allofasudden he saw a big gang of SOCS get out of the cars and walks towards ponyboy and he gets jumped{ beat up} that didn't happen in the movie.
