These mentalities are the Cleaner, the Closer, and the Cooler. The Cleaner is a personification of unrelenting pursuit and unflinching determination, pushing the limits of what is possible in order to achieve greatness. The Cooler is able to keep their cool and maintain control in high-pressure situations, whereas the Closer thrives under pressure and delivers results when it matters the most.

In the process of formulating my own personal leadership philosophy, I have found that I really identify with Grover's ideals of unrelenting pursuit and unyielding dedication to greatness. The adoption of the Cleaner attitude entails establishing high standards for both myself and my team, persistently working toward improvement, and refusing to settle for mediocrity.
