According to Phillips J. & Gully S., self-efficacy is “a person’s confidence in his or her ability to organize and execute the courses of action necessary to accomplish a specific task” while general self-efficacy reflects a “generalized belief that we will be successful at whatever challenges or tasks we might face” (2013). It is clear that self-efficacy and general self-efficacy are two of the most essential factors that contribute to a team’s success.
