As individuals we are responsible for our own health. We make choices in life whether it be having a good diet, being physically active, giving your body enough rest when needed, and having your checkups with doctors more often. People often make better choices in their lives when the environment supports the choices in a positive way. As well as the people we are around also depend on our health. It is very important to think through whether you are making the right choice or not.

As the book says that people are considered healthy when they are free from any type of disease. Health is defined as the overall mental and physical state of a person; free of any disease, social, and spiritual well-being. Physical health is the biological integrity of the person. Mental health refers to the emotional and intellectual capabilities of the individual. Social health is basically, the effectiveness of the individual's interactions with other people as well as the environment. On the other side wellness is the process of the adaptation patterns of behavior that can lead to an improved healthier lives, as well as happiness. Basically, It's about living a life full

Examples of social determinants of health could be income, socioeconomic status, educational attainment, employment status, working conditions, housing, transportation, and access to healthcare services could all affect your health. Individuals get influenced by the people around them. For example, if you hang out with people that are overweight most likely you will gain some weight as well. Another example could be hanging out with people who are not physically active at all will turn you not being as active. Your health could be affected by the people you are always
