One particular situation recently has been with a newer staff member, who has been noted as distracting fellow employees after her shift is over. Ana kept detailed notes, sent emails explaining certain situations, and counseled said employee. This is exactly the kind of proactive attitude and behavior that I expect from a supervisor. It is the type of behavior that cannot be taught and I am grateful that Ana possesses it. In Ana’s new position as supervisor, she has been given the duty of controlling markdowns and mark-outs. These tasks are being completed efficiently and in a timely manner.
