The United States has the largest budget in the world for defense, which allows for some on best new advancements to be developed in this field. Arguably, one of the best new creations is the use of drones. They allow for combat to take place without threatening the life of those who serve in the military and they also reduce the mental trauma that many individuals may develop because of their time they served overseas. To help us further understand the relationship between these three elements, we can apply the sociological conflict theory that was developed by Karl Marx. This theory can be applied the best because of one main idea, the push for high profit and successful economy. Rich nations are able to spend their money on new technological advances because of their high profits and a booming economy. This allows for countries, like the United States, to spend large amounts of money on developing new technology. The new creations are often used in the armed forces to being with and then transition themselves into the lives of civilians. New war tactics can then pose severe threats to the environment as the nuclear warfare has done. The relation between technology, the environment, and armed conflict is now a chain reaction using the social-conflict theory. It is important that we do realize the relationships they share with one another so we can educate ourselves. With this education, I hope that we can make necessary transitions to prevent undesired changes to our lives in the
