This time of year always gets me thinking about the things I’m thankful for. Sandra and I celebrated 12 years together this year, and I’m thankful for everything she brings into my life. It’s G3’s first year, and we’re both so thankful for everything our employees do, for the work our patients put in, and for everyone else who makes up the extended G3 family. Giving everything to our patients is our priority, and it’s a tradition we're devoted to.

One of my favorite things about this season is how deeply rooted Thanksgiving is in tradition. From the first meal at Plimouth, to the ones shared in the homes of all of our patients, not a lot has changed. You get together with those you care about, eat too much, and swap your best stories. One of my favorite Thanksgiving traditions is to spend the holiday with my best friend. We’ve spent over 30 of these holidays together, celebrating with our families, and I’m proud to say that the tradition will be continuing this year.

At the time, we were roommates, and a bunch of my family decided to come down for the Notre Dame vs USC football game that happens every Thanksgiving weekend. My siblings are big Notre Dame fans, so getting to spend the holiday with me was just a perk! Luckily, my buddy was able to join us for Thanksgiving dinner, and just like that, the first year of an over 30 year streak together happened.
