There are various possibilities that can improve the management of Human Resources. There are things such as good business practices and consistency that should be on the top of the list when looking at it from the HRM stand point. HRM’s are the overseers of these two qualities to ensure that everyone is treated fairly and that procedures and policies are being adhered to. In order to improve the HRM and employee relationship there are numerous things that can be done in order to build a close working relationship, but it would require the support of upper-management and the financial support of the company. One of the easier steps would be to improve employee morale. In order to do this we could offer incentives to our employees that would in return improve employee engagement and work performance. We could have an attendance incentive that if an employee worked 120 days of perfect attendance we could give them 8 hours of paid personal time off so that they could use at without having to incur occurrences on the attendance record or having to use vacation time. We could have monthly employee appreciation day where as a management team offer so type of incentive such as free edible snacks to the employees during one of their breaks and have the management staff make a statement thanking the employees for their dedication and efforts. These are just two of the endless possibilities that we could do in order to build a stronger work
