There are a lot of things that I would say built my character, but the ones that have impacted me the most would be, indoor and outdoor track and field, working, and volunteering at the food pantry. These activities have taught me a lot of different qualities, from leadership, workmanship, social skills to communication, commitment, and how to apply myself to get around different tasks with different techniques. Participating in Indoor, and Outdoor Track and Field built a few different characteristics into me, more specifically, commitment, how to apply myself and workmanship. Through participating in these sports commitment was a key characteristic that was needed, I had to work through the tough things, and power through different things I have never had to do before. Working part-time has helped me built up leadership skills, by working to help new workers do the best they can, by giving them hints, and pointers to let them know what could be fixed so they can work their way up, to do better. Leadership is not just doing what is best for you, but what is best for the rest of your team as well. Working part-time has also taught me social skills, by exposing me to new people, and pushing me to talk to them, even if it is just taking orders some days, it gives me social skills that I did not have before I
