Four-Day Week Schedule Argument In recent years, the changing to a four-day school week is becoming more popular. As many as 1,600 schools in twenty-four states have made the switch. However, this schedule can have many negative impacts on the students. The four-day schedule adds more time onto the school day, which can harm the students mentally and physically. Some schools are changing to save money, but in reality, it doesn’t save much at all. Overall, schools would not benefit from a four-day week schedule.
