The strength that I thought applied to me prior to taking the assessment is empathy. I choose empathy.

The one that I thought the most was me is empathy. I say this because I care more about other needs

than myself. I sometimes will wear myself out from doing for others, and not have done one thing for

myself. Empathy is one of my finer qualities.

Discipline is basically my whole life. I have to have discipline in

many aspects of my life. Discipline is important now since I'm balancing school, work, and my kids.

Discipline teaches me balance. I try to be balanced in my life to maintain discipline. I try use

self-restraint. Discipline brings stability and structure in my life. It promotes within me good human

behavior to a better society and I try to be a solution to the problem instead of being the problem.

I am an achiever. I think that at times an over-achiever. I love getting things done. I take great pride in

being productive. I love doing things and I feel good when I get things done. I feel like an achiever

when I get my assignments done and know that I've done well on them. I want my children to be

achievers as well. I inspire them to be the best that they can be. I love making accomplishments.

I'm in agreement with strategic because I'm a person who uses strategy. I agree completely with this
