The strength that I thought applied to me prior to taking the assessment is empathy. I choose empathy.

Discipline is basically my whole life. I have to have discipline in
many aspects of my life. Discipline is important now since I'm balancing school, work, and my kids.
Discipline teaches me balance. I try to be balanced in my life to maintain discipline. I try use
self-restraint. Discipline brings stability and structure in my life. It promotes within me good human
behavior to a better society and I try to be a solution to the problem instead of being the problem.
I am an achiever. I think that at times an over-achiever. I love getting things done. I take great pride in
being productive. I love doing things and I feel good when I get things done. I feel like an achiever
when I get my assignments done and know that I've done well on them. I want my children to be
