Do you think it's right for people to hurt animals? How about using the animals as science equipment? Millions of animals are being abuse every year. In the book "Flowers for Algernon" they tested on Algernon a mouse and he ended up dying a gruesome death. Animal testing is wrong and they should not be used and tortured for the benefit of humans.

Many products are tested on animals. It's not right. Animals have rights and they should stop testing products on them. "There is much disagreement as to whether non-human animals have rights, and what is meant by animal rights," (bbc.co.uk,1). This tells me that there many debates amongst people about or whether or not animals have rights. They do, and they are no different than yours or my rights. "There is much less disagreement about the consequences of accepting that animals have rights," (bbc.co.uk,1). This also tells me that there are not a lot of people fighting for animal rights.

"Testing on animals has become an unnecessary act thanks to scientists who have developed more humane, modern, yet still effective non-animal research methods." This tells me that scientist have found a way to stop animal testing but that choose not to use it (debate.org). Also, "Animal product testing is unnecessary because animals are not the same as humans frim anatomy physiology and metabolism."(debate.org). This tells me that animals are not humans so they should not be tested
